Wife, mom of four, and someone who genuinely understands how hard it is to make yourself a priority when life is pulling you in every direction.

I’m Ashley. I’m a wife, a mom of four, and someone who genuinely understands how hard it is to make yourself a priority when life is pulling you in every direction. I was born and raised right here in Great Bend, and like a lot of women, my relationship with fitness wasn’t always a confident one.
I was never someone who struggled with being overweight, but I did struggle. I felt weak. Uncomfortable in my own body. Frustrated by the lack of strength and muscle I had. I remember standing in front of the mirror just wanting to feel stronger. More capable. More like myself.
That’s what led me to resistance training.
What started as a personal journey became something I fell in love with, not just because of the physical changes, but because of how it changed me mentally and emotionally. Strong. Confident. Capable. That feeling is exactly what I want every person I work with to experience.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. But more than the credentials, I’m someone who understands real life. I know what it’s like to be busy, tired, and overwhelmed and still want to feel good in your own skin. My goal is never perfection. It’s helping you build sustainable habits, move better, gain real confidence, and become stronger for the life you’re already living.
Whether you’re just getting started, coming back after years away, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, you’re welcome here. No intimidation. No judgment. Just real support, a real plan, and someone in your corner who gets it.
Fitness shouldn’t make you feel smaller. It should show you how strong you already are.
