St. John sits about 35 minutes south of our studio at 2319 Washington St. in Great Bend, straight down US-281. That is a real drive, and most of our St. John clients tell us it is the best 35 minutes they spend each week.

Iron Therapy Training is not a chain gym, a franchise, or a class operation. We are a private, members-only studio that exists to coach one person at a time toward a real, measurable transformation through the M.A.C. Method.

Many St. John area clients pair in-person sessions with our online coaching when work, weather, or wheat harvest gets in the way. The programming is the same, the accountability is the same, only the venue changes.
